My girl's friend is over for dinner. Pasta is the choice. I can go simple and do tortellini with garlic and butter. I can make an easy Weeknight Italian Pasta Bake from the Kraft site - yes that is the recipe name. I have made both of these many times and received great accolades. That works well because they are usually made because we can't think of something else and everyone loves them. I always keep PC Cheese Tortellini in the freezer for these occasions.
The verdict is in... garlic and butter.
Add a little Caesar Salad (leftover dressing) and garlic bread and a fab dinner is prepared in a flash. I am good!
P.S. It was cream sauce for three girls and plain for the boy... go figure!
